"Insurance and HSA stuff was a hassle"
I ordered this thinking I’d be able to use my insurance or at least my HSA, but the whole process wasn’t very clear. My wife even tried helping me figure it out, and we still felt confused by the HSA info. In the end, insurance didn’t cover it and I had to pay out of pocket, which was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
"I tried it hoping it would give..."
I tried it hoping it would give me some clarity about my symptoms, but the findings just felt random and didn’t really connect to what I’m actually dealing with. It reminded me of those automated systems that spit out generic answers without really understanding the situation. Frustrating.

"The portal is SUCH a pain to use"
I was just trying to get a simple thing done, but the site kept sending me in circles. The portal made everything feel way more annoying than it needed to be. it was SO frustrating.

"Not as quick or helpful as it used to be"
I ordered expecting it to be quick, since it used to be a lot smoother, but my results took forever this time. Support didn’t really give me much help either, which made it even more frustrating. When you’re waiting on health information, delays like that are really stressful.

"Felt a bit unclear to me"
For me, it didn’t feel as transparent as I would’ve liked. I found the pricing, expected results, and what happens with my info a little vague, and I had to do more digging than expected just to get basic answers.

"Didn’t really work for me"
I gave the treatment plan a try, but honestly... I didn’t notice much of a difference. My symptoms came back quickly, so for me it ended up feeling like kind of a waste of money.

"At first I was really hoping this would…"
At first I was really hoping this would be useful for me. Like, I genuinely gave it a chance. But then after trying it out, yeah… no, it just wasn’t helpful at all for what I needed...

"Felt a bit overpriced"
I mean, it wasn’t bad exactly... the results were okay, I guess. But for the price, I expected a lot more detail or something a little more useful. It just kind of felt like, that’s it? Probably wouldn’t pay for it again.
"Kit arrived in rough shape"
My kit showed up with the box crushed, and the sample bag inside looked like it was already half open. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I expected way better packaging and a little more care

"I thought this was going to be pretty…"
I thought this was going to be simple, but yeah, it ended up being kind of awkward. The instructions weren’t super clear, so I kept second-guessing myself and wondering if I was even doing it right. The packaging looks nice at first, but actually using the swab and then getting everything packed back up was more annoying than I expected. It wasn’t exactly difficult, but it definitely wasn’t easy either. For something you’re supposed to do at home, I feel like it should be way more straightforward. I ended up frustrated and, i wouldn’t really want to do it again.

"Articles just didn’t explain enough"
I really thought the educational articles would be more helpful, but they didn’t explain much. A lot of it felt super basic, and then it kept repeating the same kind of vague points over and over. I’d read one section, still not understand what I needed, then another section would basically say the same thing again. I ended up googling a bunch of stuff anyway, which was frustrating. For a health site, I expected clearer answers and more useful details, not just the same general info repeated. It just wasn’t very helpful for me.

"Follow-up test wasn’t that useful"
I tried Evvy because I was hoping the follow-up test would make it obvious if things were actually improving. It really didn’t. The progress tracking felt kind of confusing, and I ended up having to compare a bunch of it myself to figure out what changed. The results also took longer than I expected. For the price, I thought the updates would be a lot clearer. It just wasn’t worth it for me...

"Health coaching was disappointing"
I was let down by the health coaching. It just felt kind of useless, like I was waiting and waiting for replies, and when they finally came, they seemed mostly copy-pasted. It didn’t feel personal at all, and for what I paid, I really don’t think it was worth it.

"Still not sold on the science"
I just wasn’t really convinced by the science behind it. They do explain their testing process, but to me it came off more like broad bacteria matching than actual clear proof of what the results are supposed to mean, that part was weird.
I was hoping to see stronger clinical validation, not just charts, scores, and general risk categories. It might be interesting or useful for some people, but I personally wouldn’t rely on it for making health decisions.

"Not really for me"
I wanted to be okay with it, but honestly... the sample collection part was just awkward. The instructions were clear enough, so that wasn’t really the issue. It was more the actual process itself — it felt more uncomfortable than I expected, and I was kind of over it quickly. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but yeah, not something I’d choose to do again.

"I really wanted this to be helpful..."
I really wanted this to be helpful, but my results didn’t line up with what my doctor told me later, so it’s hard for me to trust it. When I reached out to support, the replies felt generic and didn’t really explain anything, which just left me more confused. For what I paid, I expected something more consistent and a company that would actually take responsibility when the results don’t seem right.

"Cancellation was a hassle and I still got charged"
I signed up thinking it was just a one-time thing, then suddenly got billed again before I even realized it had turned into a subscription. The cancellation process was not obvious at all, and it kind of feels like they rely on those little policy loopholes where technically it’s in the fine print, but real people are still caught off guard. Support took way too long to get back to me too. The product itself might be okay, but the billing experience really annoyed me

"The privacy stuff made me really…"
The privacy stuff made me really uneasy. I had a few questions and concerns, but getting a clear response wasn’t straightforward at all. I felt like I had to chase them just to get my complaint acknowledged, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Waited too long for something that didn’t feel clinical"
I tried Evvy because I was really hoping to get some clear, medical guidance, but it felt more like a wellness test than actual clinical care. On top of that, the waiting was frustrating, by the time I got the report, I was already annoyed and just wanted straightforward answers. There was a lot of information in it, but I still couldn’t really tell what was backed by solid evidence or what I was supposed to trust.
When I showed parts of it to my doctor, they didn’t seem all that impressed and told me to be careful about making decisions based on this kind of test. For what it costs, and after waiting around for results, I expected something that felt much more medically reliable. I wouldn’t use it again

"Getting My Prescription Was Such a Hassle"
Trying to get my prescription was a headache. It took way longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support... I barely got any response. I get that delays happen, but the lack of communication made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be...
